Parent Consultation Services
Practical Support for Parenting Challenges
My short-term parenting consultations give you the support and strategies you need to feel less overwhelmed and more confident in your day-to-day parenting.
Because Parenting Doesn’t Come with a Manual
Meltdowns, screen-time battles, constant negotiating, big emotions, you’re doing everything you can, and yet… things still feel hard.
This offering is here for those moments.
Parent Consultations are short-term, solution-focused sessions that offer support, helpful ideas, and a fresh perspective especially when things feel confusing or just plain hard.
This is a chance to step back, get new insight, and walk away with tools that actually help.
Who This Is For
- Parents feeling unsure how to support their child’s behavior, focus, or emotions
- Families who’ve already had an evaluation but need help applying the results
- Caregivers wanting additional insight before deciding on next steps
- Anyone dealing with tough parenting moments: transitions, school issues, big feelings, etc.
- Families not ready for testing (yet) but still needing support
What We Might Explore
These consultations are flexible and shaped around what’s coming up at home. A few common topics include:
- Emotional outbursts, shutdowns, or anxiety
- Motivation, routines, screen time, or transitions
- School-related stress or behavior issues
- Managing AD/HD or autism traits at home
- Supporting executive functioning and regulation
- Helping your child feel more understood and helping you feel less alone
My Approach
As a psychologist and a parent myself, I understand how hard it is to feel like you’re doing everything and still not be sure if it’s working. These consultations are designed to be honest, collaborative, and supportive.
Here’s how I show up for you:
I meet you where you are.
Whether you’re just beginning to notice patterns or already deep in it, I’ll help you take the next right step, without pressure or judgment.
You don’t have to explain everything.
You’ll never need to “prove” that something’s hard. I’ll listen with care, ask questions with curiosity, and hold space for what’s been weighing on you.
I offer practical insight, not just theory.
You’ll leave with suggestions that make sense for your actual life — not just what works in textbooks.
This isn’t one-size-fits-all.
Every child, every family, and every brain is different. We’ll talk about what works for your kid, your home, and your values.
Group Workshops Coming Soon!
I’m developing small-group parent workshops to provide guidance, support, and practical tools in a collaborative setting. Stay tuned for dates and topics!
