I offer workshops and classes to help parents better understand behavior, learning, and emotional regulation in everyday life.

Workshops and classes may be helpful if you are:
- Parenting a child with AD/HD, autism, or learning differences
- Seeking practical strategies to support behavior and emotional regulation
- Looking for guidance around routines, transitions, or school expectations
- Wanting to better understand your child’s needs without pursuing an evaluation
- Interested in learning alongside other parents navigating similar challenges

Workshops and classes will offer parents opportunities to learn, reflect, and build skills alongside others navigating similar challenges. These sessions will be educational in nature and focused on practical, real-world application.
Future topics may include:
- Understanding AD/HD, autism, and learning differences
- Supporting emotional regulation and behavior at home
- Navigating school systems, accommodations, and communication
- Parenting with compassion, clarity, and consistency
- Make and Take: Visual Schedules. How to create them and how to implement them.
