Supporting Parents Beyond Evaluation:

Practical Support for Parenting Challenges

When a child is struggling emotionally, behaviorally, or academically, parents often need support too. My short-term parenting consultations give you the support and strategies you need to feel less overwhelmed and more confident in your day-to-day parenting.

Because Parenting Doesn’t Come with a Manual

Meltdowns, screen-time battles, constant negotiating, big emotions, you’re doing everything you can, and yet… things still feel hard.

This offering is here for those moments.

Parent Consultations are short-term, solution-focused sessions that offer support, helpful ideas, and a fresh perspective especially when things feel confusing or just plain hard.

This is a chance to step back, get new insight, and walk away with tools that actually help.

Who These Services Are For

Parent Education & Support may be helpful if you are:

Parent Consultations & Behavior Support

Parent consultations provide individualized support for caregivers navigating behavioral, emotional, or developmental concerns. These sessions focus on understanding your child’s needs and helping you respond with strategies that feel realistic and sustainable.

Parent consultations may be helpful when:

Sessions are collaborative and strengths-based. We’ll look at what’s happening, what’s already working, and where small, meaningful changes can help improve daily life.

My Approach

As a psychologist and a parent myself, I understand how hard it is to feel like you’re doing everything you can (i.e., reading all the books, researching all the things, listening to all the podcasts), and still not see a change. These consultations are designed to be honest, collaborative, and supportive.

Here’s how I show up for you:

I meet you where you are.

Whether you’re just beginning to notice patterns or already deep in it, I’ll help you take the next right step, without pressure or judgment.

You don’t have to explain everything.

You’ll never need to “prove” that something’s hard. I’ll listen with care, ask questions with curiosity, and hold space for what’s been weighing on you.

I offer practical insight, not just theory.

You’ll leave with suggestions that make sense for your actual life — not just what works in textbooks.

This isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Every child, every family, and every brain is different. We’ll talk about what works for your kid, your home, and your values.

Workshops & Classes (Future Offering)

Sometimes changing the lens through which we see our children makes all the difference in the world in how we respond and support them.
