  • Virtual Teletherapy (via Doxy.me for intake and results sessions)

6. Scheduling, Payments, & Cancellations

Online Scheduling & Intake Systems

We use secure online platforms (such as SimpleIntake) to process inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage clinical administration securely.

Fees & Insurance Policies

  • Out-of-Network Practice: Dr. Ridens is an out-of-network provider and does not bill insurance directly (with the exception of Lyra where applicable).
  • Superbills: Upon request, itemized superbills can be provided following rendered services for clients to seek out-of-network reimbursement from their health insurance.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due at or prior to the time of service via accepted payment methods (including HSA/FSA cards where permitted).

Attendance & Cancellation Policy

Comprehensive psychological testing reserves significant clinical time. Clients are required to provide appropriate advance notice for appointment cancellations as outlined in our clinical informed consent documents. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to applicable fees.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content, materials, text, logos, and design elements on https://drleeridens.com/ are owned by Lee S. Ridens, Ph.D., LLC. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only.
